Refund policy
All items are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in excellent condition. If you are still not satisfied or an item delivered is found broken, then you can exchange or return it within 7 day's of purchase.
However, for a product to be successfully refunded or exchanged :
- The item must be unused.
- It should be in its original packaging
- The receipt should also be on display.
Our Refund and Exchange Procedure:
- Change of mind is not acceptable for returns or exchanges.
- However, if you still wish to return the product despite this, you may do so at your own discretion. In such cases:
- You will be responsible for sending the parcel back through any courier service at your own expense.
- A 350 PKR deduction will be applied to the total amount to cover the initial shipping cost.
- Danfia will only cover return shipping charges if the item delivered is damaged, broken, or if a wrong/incorrect item has been sent.

- Once we receive the item, it will be inspected carefully. If the product is found to be used, scratched, damaged, or not in original condition, no refund will be issued.
- If the item passes inspection and is approved, the refund will be processed within 24 hours via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
